Step:

  1. Put beans in 13x9x3 foil pan

    Frijoles Vaquero (Cowboy Beans) recipe step 1 photo
  2. Dice peppers and slice Jalapeños and add to pan. Saute in a little olive oil to open fragrance. Add to pan with beans. Stir to mix.

  3. Halve kielbasa and slice 1/4" thick. Add to pan

  4. Stir all to evenly combine. Sprinkle with fried garlic

  5. Cover with foil and put in oven at 200°F for slow heating, 300°F for faster or suit to your time frame.

  6. I have a large smoker so I like as well to put them in the smoker if I'm using it for 1 hour uncovered then cover with foil and put in oven to finish.

  7. Your tongue will beat your brains out getting to these!


Ingredients

  1. 8 can Ranch Style Beans
  2. 3 tbsp each red, green, yellow bell pepper and onion to taste
  3. 1 lb Smoked Sausage (kielbasa)
  4. 1 tbsp minced fried garlic
  5. 6 fresh Jalapeños
  6. 1/2 cup Sofrito (recipe in my collection)
