Step:

  1. Spread refried beans on a large plate

  2. Mash avocados in a separate bowl, add lemon juice and pepper. Mix well

  3. Spread over refried beans

  4. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix

  5. Spread over avocado layer

  6. Top with tomatoes, onions,olives and cheese

  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 1/4 cup sour cream
  6. 1 packages taco seasoning
  7. 1 each small onion, chopped
  8. 3 each chopped tomatoes
  9. 1/2 cup sliced olives
  10. 16 oz grated cheddar cheese
  11. 1 packages tortilla chips
