Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray or grease an 8x8 baking pan.

  2. Pour prepared brownie mix in pan.

  3. With an electric mixer, beat on medium speed next 6 ingredients. Pour over brownie mix gently. Spread to edges of pan with the back of a spoon.

  4. Bake for 35-45 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  5. Combine cool whip and cinnamon. When COMPLETELY cool (I refrigerated mine overnight) spread cinnamon cool whip on top.

Ingredients

  1. 1 box of your favorite brownie mix (prepare as box instructions indicate) I love Ghiradelli
  2. 8 oz cream cheese,softened
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 15 oz canned pumpkin puree
  5. 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  6. 3 2/5 oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
  7. 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  8. 8 oz tub of cool whip
  9. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
