Step:

  1. Wash and soak dal overnight

  2. Drain all water and dry up under fan

  3. Now deep fry it

  4. Mix salt chili powder and chaat masala and pour dal in this masala mixture. masala is coated on dal now

  5. Take a bowl mix all ingredients of chaat and also channa dal

  6. It is ready to serve

  1. 1 cup channa dal
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  4. 1 tsp chaat msala
  5. for chaat
  6. 1 big chopped boiled aalu
  7. 1 chopped tomato
  8. 2 tsp imli chutney
  9. 1 lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp chopped chillies
  11. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  13. as per taste salt
