Step:

  1. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in ice cream and cinnamon. Cover and freeze.

  2. For each serving: 1/2 cup butter mix in mug, top with 1/2 cup boiling water. Optional: mix in 1-3 tablespoons rum
