HARD BOILED EGGS
put 3 eggs in to a pot with a drop of oil bring it to a boil then simmer 8 to 10 minute
drain in cool runny water and removed shell then dice eggs
TO SERVE
toast soft bread
add onion and grated carrot on dice eggs with dressing mix well then add filling on toasted bread
SERVING OPTION 2
For the dressing option 2 ..Mix carrot and onion with hotdog sauce and tomato sauce
