Step:

  1. Beat butter and sugars in a bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy, beat in egg until just combined, stir in sifted flour, mix well, add chocbits, until a firm dough.

  2. Place big teaspoon of mixture onto greased tray (about 5cm apart)

  3. Bake in preheated oven 180C for 12-15 minutes. Stand on tray 5 min before turning onto wire to cool. Make 30 cookies, suitable to freeze. Effie

  4. Add 3-4 tablespoons dark cocoa and you have chocolate cookies effie xx
