Step:

  1. Wash strawberries cut into slices. Cut mozzarella into slices and then into 1/4 slices.Arrange on plate in layers, make a vinegarette with all other ingredients and drizzle over strawberries and mozzarella, sprinkle with a little more pepper

Ingredients

  1. 500 grams large, sweet and juicy strawberries, cut into slices
  2. 2 whole mozzarella cheese ball
  3. 1 pinch each salt, sugar and fresh cracked black pepper
  4. 3 tbsp rasberry vinegar or lemon juice
  5. 2 tbsp best olive oil
  6. 1/2 bunch basil,shredded thinly
