Semi-Homemade Ground Beef Stroganoff (using Hamburger Helper)

make meat mix, the recipe for meat mix is on my profile (bell pepper, garlic & onion)

drain ground beef. add milk, noodles, and seasoning package.

cook according to instructions on box.

when noodles are tender add the sour cream and stir into mixture. turn off fire and stir until the sour cream is mixed in well.
