  2. Wash the eggs thoroughly, blenderize including the shells.

  3. Add the oil and mix well.

  4. Add eggs and oil to dry ingredients.

  5. Spoon into greased muffin cups.

  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. 3/4 cup chopped bananas
  8. 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
  9. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  10. 2 eggs WITH shells
