Step:

  1. its a quick and simple dish..

  2. Start by opening the can of beans. place beans in a small pot. cook until warm. add peppers, onions and celantro. stir on low heat.

  3. take 1 tortilla and spread the beans on it then the chicken, then cover in cheese. repeat this process for 3 more times. when done cover in cheese. place the sandwich in the oven on 250 until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and garnish with salsa, lime and celantro ..ENJOY

  4. feel free to top with sour cream as well..

  1. 1 cup cooked chicken Fajita
  2. 4 tortillas -flour
  3. 1/3 cup celantro - chopped fine
  4. 1/2 re-fried (smashed) beans
  5. 3/4 cup onion
  6. 1 jalapeno pepper
