Step:

  1. Pre heat oven at 350...

  2. Put water in your roasting pan.

  3. Season (rub) the top of the roast with above mentioned seasoning.

  4. Put the lid on. Put in the oven at 350 for 3 hours.

  5. Lower to 190 for 3 more hours. It should be extremely tender.

  6. Add above veggies, cover and turn up to 330 for 30 mins. ENJOY...
