Step:

  1. preheat oven to 325F. First get 5 pieces of aluminium foil big enough to fit you're pieces of fish ( note I use tilapia but you can experiment with any fish of you're choice).

  2. Place the fish in the middle of the foil.

  3. Add butter first spread evenly onto fish.

  4. Then add Adobo, parsley,garlic.

  5. Fold the foil evenly up to cover the fish. Almost like wrapping a present.

  6. I recommend placing the fish on an old or disposable cookie sheet incase any butter leaks out.

  7. Cook for 15 to 20 min. Cooking time varies upon you're method of cooking.

  8. Unwrap and enjoy. Fish retains its moisture due to the fact no juices flow out of the foil.

  9. Also you can subsitute this recipe with chicken. It comes out just as tender as the fish.

Ingredients

  1. 5 slice fish
  2. 5 tbsp butter
  3. 5 tsp adobo seasoning by goya
  4. 5 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
  5. 5 pinch parsley
  6. 5 pieces of aluminium foil
