Step:

  1. Boil the chicken in about 3/4 of a litre salted water for about 30 min.Remove the meat to cool,set the stock aside.Mix the jogurt and egg yolk and fill into a pan with about half a litre of the stock mix well,stir all the time and reheat to just boiling point.Cut or rip the chicken into small pieces add to soup.Reheat just to boiling point.Season well with salt and pepper.

  2. Add butter to frying pan and melt,add the paprika.Do not fry just melt butter until it is clear,drizzle mixture over the plated soup.Decorate with some flat parsley.

  3. This will make 4 small portions as a starter or serve two or three people as a main.

  1. 2 filet of chicken breast,no skin
  2. 250 grams plain Greek yogurt
  3. 5 egg yolk
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. 2 tsp paprika
  6. 1 pinch each salt and fresh ground black pepper
