Step:

  1. cut eggplant and dip into eggwhite then breadcrumbs drizzle some olive oil then bake 175 for 10 minute each side

  2. layer on top of eggplant tomato sauce,salad,zuccini , ginger ,bacon and mozarralla cheese and bake for about 8 minute

Ingredients

  1. 4 small eggplant slice thin
  2. 4 tsp spaghetti sauce
  3. 4 tbsp shreded mozaralla cheese
  4. 2 large egg white
  5. 1 1/2 cup garlic bread crumbs
  6. 1/2 cup shreded salad or spinach
  7. 3 slice cooked bacon
  8. 1 dash olive oil
  9. 1 slice each of zuccini
  10. 1 slice each of chinese prickel ginger
