Step:

  1. In pan with little oil put pounded Paste ,cinamon stick,clove and star anis till fragrant then add oxtail and brown it

  2. Put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 40minute

  3. Simmer for 1 minute to thicken gravy with little cornstarch and serve hot

  1. 1 large oxtail cut in ring
  2. 3 each potato and carrot cut in chunk
  3. 1 stick cinamon
  4. 3 star anise
  5. 2 clove
  6. 2 tbsp each dark soysauce and light soysauce
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 large tomato
  9. 2 cup water
  10. pound into paste
  11. 1 large onion
  12. 2 tbsp chop garlic
  13. 1 tbsp ginger
