Step:

  1. Brush the meat with butter then grill on pan until cooked for both side

  2. Prepare sauce: chop-chop onion and garlic then add water, vegetable oil, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and black soy sauce then saute in frying pan until cooked.

  3. Pour sauce on cooked meat. Then serve it

  3. 1 tsp black pepper
  4. 3 tbsp butter
  5. Sauce:
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 3 red onion
  8. 1 garlic
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  11. 1 tsp oyster sauce
  12. 1 tbsp black soy sauce
  13. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  14. 4 tbsp water
