Step:

  1. Boil the pasta

  2. Fry the meatballs and Potatoes add salt, garlic, and pepper. The juices from the meatballs will fry the potatoes. Cover

  3. After the meatballs are browned and the potatoes are getting tender add hotdogs and 1 cup of the pasta water. Cover.

  4. Add sauerkraut when the potatoes are crispy but fork tender. About 15 minutes covered. Cover and cook 10 minutes

  5. Add spices to the cooked pasta

  6. Mix and add to the mixture let simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Ingredients

  1. Meat--------
  2. 12 ounces hotdogs, beef
  3. 24 ounces meatballs see one of my recipe
  4. Pasta-----------
  5. As needed water about 2 quarts
  6. 1 tablespoon extra Virgin olive oil for water
  7. 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  8. 1 tablespoon salt for pasta
  9. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  10. 8 ounces ziti pasta
  11. Potato-------------
  12. 3 large potatoes 2-1/2 pound diced
  13. 1 teaspoon salt
  14. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  16. Other ingredients--------
  17. 27 ounces sauerkraut
