Step:

  1. Put all ingredients in 20 litres of water

  2. Cut the oranges in squares pour in bucket

  3. Stir until sugar dissolved

  4. Cover and leave for 4-6 days depending on weather if its hot take shorter time

  5. When ready take the oranges out then strain it

  6. Then its ready to serve

  3. 2 tbs cream of tartar
  4. 2,5 kg sugar
  5. 2 oranges
  6. 20 litres water
