Step:

  1. First of all heat a wok and dry roast the dry coriander powder. It will take around 5-6 minutes or until your get the aroma. Keep aside

  2. Now dry roast the Dessicated coconut and keep aside.

  3. Heat a wok, add 1 tsp ghee.

  4. When the ghee melts, add sugar, 1 cup of water. Mix well.

  5. Add all roasted ingredients to the sugar mixture and mix well. Switch off the flame immediately.

  6. You will get a thick paste like that of burfi.

  7. Pour the mixture on a greased plate.

  8. Tap the plate lightly from all sides.

  9. Allow it to set at room temperature for about half an hour.

  10. Prasad is ready

  11. Cut the set mixture into pieces and offer the dhaniya burfi to Lord Krishna.

  1. 1 cup dhaniya/coriander powder
  2. 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 desiccated coconut
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1 tsp ghee
