Step:

  1. Wash tripe thoroughly

  2. Cook it well until soft

  3. When is cool cut it into small pieces

  4. Dice all veggies and fry them add knorrox

  5. When tender poor your tripe with a half cup water and let it boil for 10 minutes

  6. Serve with pap

  3. 1 small green pepper
  4. 1 small carrot
  5. 2 tbs oil
  6. 1 cube of knorrox
