Step:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand.

  2. Place paper muffin cups in a muffin pan for 12 muffins and fill them with the mixture. 

  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180oC for 20 minutes.

  3. 2 tsp baking powder 
  4. 1 1/4 cup black olives (pitted and cut into round slices) 
  5. 1 large onion finely chopped 
  6. 2 tsp dried spearmint 
  7. 1 pinch salt
  8. 1 tsp sugar 
  9. 250 ml olive oil 
  10. 250 ml fresh orange juice
  11. sesame seeds
