Step:

  1. Wash the herbs and spread them out on kitchen paper to strain.

  2. Place them in a glass jar that seals well and pour the alcohol over them. Place the jar in the fridge to chill for 10 hours. Place the water and sugar in a pot. Mix for the sugar to dissolve and then boil over moderate heat for 5' minutes.

  3. Allow the syrup to cool and add it to the alcohol. Seal the jar once more and store in the fridge for 10 days.

  4. Strain the liqueur using a coffee filter or a cheesecloth to remove the herbs.

  5. Store in the fridge and always serve icy cold.
