Step:

  1. Boil and peel the potatoes then place  the onion, the caper and the oil  into the mixer bowl and mix to a purée. 

  2. Then add the potatoes, half at first and after a while the rest. 

  3. Finally, add the vinegar. 

  4. Garnish with the small cucumbers and the caper leaves.

  1. 1 1/2 cup pickled caper 
  2. 1 onion, grated 
  3. 4-5 medium- sized potatoes 
  4. 2 tbsp vinegar 
  5. 1 cup olive oil 
  6. small cucumbers & caper leaves for garnishing
