Step:

  1. Place the water, sugar and cocoa to dissolve in a small pot. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  2. Blend the biscuits in the blender to a fine powder and empty them into a bowl.

  3. Then add the tahini, the syrup and finally the margarine with the vanilla (and the couverture chocolate if you like) and knead the ingredients until they fully combine. If the dough is too firm add a little more margarine.

  4. Then, spread some cling film or aluminum foil, sprinkle with grated chocolate or chocolate sprinkles and wrap it into a roll as you would normally do for the classic fridge kormos.

  5. Place in the freezer for half an hour and then into the fridge.

Ingredients

  1. 1 packet petit beurre biscuits
  2. 1 small jar tahini (plain, without honey)
  3. 5 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  6. 2 full tbsp margarine
  7. 10 tbsp water
  8.  half a bar couverture chocolate grated into the mixture as well as for the "dressing" of the trunk. Alternatively, chocolate sprinkles (optionally).
