  1. Wash and half the olives to remove the pits.

  2. Blend the olives well in a blender (if you like the garlic too) together with the olive oil, the oregano and the vinegar. Blend until you have a smooth paste with the ingredients evenly distributed.

  3. 1 tbsp vinegar
  4. oregano
  5. Optionally
  6. 5 cloves garlic
  7. 1 tbsp caper
