Step:

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and then wash it thoroughly.

  2. Steam the broccoli (or boil it) but only as long as it takes so that it is firm to the bite.

  3. Film a skillet with oil and when it is hot, add the garlic, mashed.

  4. Add the broccoli right away and mix.

  5. Season with salt (not too much because you will add the feta cheese which is salty) and pepper (also not too much because you will add some in the end).

  6. When the broccoli is tender, add the cheese that you have crumbled by hand, toss to mix and it is ready.


Ingredients

  1. 1/2 head a medium sized broccoli
  2. 2 medium sized coves of garlic.
  3. about 100 g feta cheese
  4. salt
  5. pepper (freshly ground)
  6. olive oil
  7. sweet graviera cheese (Greek yellow cheese)
