Step:

  1. Beat all the ingredients of the mixture using a mixer until they are well incorporated, for about half a minute.

  2. Continue by adding mixture 2 (300 g all purpose flour) and beat for an additional half minute until that too is incorporated.

  3. Finally add mixture 3 and mix by hand.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.

  5. Let them cool for 10 minutes after you remove them from the oven. Be carefulif you don't let them stand for 10 minutes and you try to remove them from the baking tray they will break apart.

  6. Sprinkle with a little bit of flower water and icing sugar.

  2. 125 g goat and sheep butter
  3. 125 g clarified butter
  4. 50 g raw grated almonds
  5. 75 g icing sugar
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. 1 tbsp baking powder
  8. 1 tbsp flower water
  9. 1/2-1 tsp vanilla powder (depending on taste) 
  10. 2 Mixture
  11. 300 g all purpose flour
  12. 3 Mixture
  13. 150 g roasted almonds cold, not hot (if they are hot the butter will melt and the dough will be ruined)
  14. For sprinkling
