Step:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Knead half the oil, salt and flour in a mixing bowl.
Spread on an oiled tray and let it rise (about half an hour).
Put the onions, tomato, oregano and the rest of the oil on the top.
Bake for about half an hour at 190-200°C.
Ingredients
1.5 cup warm water
30 g fresh yeast (if we like, we can replace it with 1 package of dry yeast)
1 bit of salt
1/2 cup oil
flour as much as it needs (I think 500 g at most)
1 ground onion
2-3 peeled and finely diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
