Step:
Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Boil the water and add tomatoes
Peel the tomatoes
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
Cook the meat filling adding all the ingredients listed in the filling group above.
Drain the juices from the prklt/ stew after its done. Make sure the onions are tender and meat is browned. The tomatoes should be cooked down well. Use a sieve to drain the prklt.
Save the juices for the sauce.
Mix the eggs, milk, and flour to make a batter.
Heat a nonstick pan and coat with oil enough to coat bottom
Pour in about 1/4 cup batter and quickly tilt the pan to coat with a thin circle of batter. When the top begins to dry, flip to cook the other side. Cook until the bottom begins to turn golden, about 1 minute.
Repeat till all the batter is cooked
Mix the cup of sour cream 4 tablespoon flour with the prklt juices. Blend till smooth.
To the crepes add the meat filling to be divided evenly in each one.
Fold the sides inwards and roll like a wrap/ burrito.
Put into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick. As you roll them.
Pour your sauce over the top of all the palacsinta/ meat filled crepes
Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately with a dollop of sour cream.
