Potato Casserole

Spread frozen tater tots on a cookie sheet and season with salt and pepper as desired.

When tater tots are thawed, place in a large bowl and mash.

Add remaining ingredients and mix together

Place mixture in a 13 x 9 greased pan

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until slightly browned on top

Can be prepared the night prior and refrigerated. If you do so, just bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes
