Step:

  1. Peel the body part of the shrimp, clean the back side. Put the chopped garlic, red chillies, green chilli on the back of it.

  2. Sprinkle some salt and drizzle with olive oil then pan fried. Add 1 smashed ginger on the pan and add shaoxing wine. Wait until cooked, then leave aside.

  3. Next, heat cooking oil, pan fried the scallops, add some water, soy sauce, and shaoxing wine, wait until it's cooked, leave aside.

  4. Soak the glass noodle in the water.

  5. Heat the pan, cooking oil, garlic and ginger. Then add oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, water, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Next, put the glass noodle in.

  6. Mix with the scallops, then add some sesame oil.

  7. Last, put the shrimp on the top of the noodle. And sprinkle with chopped corriander.

  2. 10 pcs local scallops
  3. 6 garlic (chopped)
  4. 2 red chillies (chopped)
  5. 1 green chilli (chopped)
  6. 2 ginger (smashed)
  7. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  8. 3 tbsp shao xing wine
  9. 1 tsp sesame oil
  10. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  11. corriander leaves (chopped)
  12. Salt & pepper
  13. Sugar
  14. Water
  15. Cooking oil
