  1. Pour oil to the slow cooker. Arrange onion, then carrot in it.

  2. Rub the chicken with homemade rub. Arrange on top of the onion and carrot.

  3. Cook HIGH for 3 hours. Switch to WARM for about 15 minutes before serving.

  3. 1 carrot, peeled and chopped to your liking
  4. 1/2 onion, chopped to your liking (I used red onion)
