Pan Fry Bread

Beat egg in a bowl add salt, pepper and onions whisk and set aside

Heat frying pan,add cooking spray when the pan is hot place sausages in the pan and fry; once the sausages is ready remove from frying pan and set aside, add cooking spray if necessary and pour the eggs

Fry egg and flip over, once the egg is ready set aside

Slice bread into 2 and place on the hot frying pan flip over and do same on the other side;

Once ready serve with fried egg and hotdog and maybe a little hot tea for the cold morning weather
