Step:

  2. Roll tortillas up tightly. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.

  3. Unwrap roll-ups; trim and discard ends. Cut each roll-up into 6 diagonal slices.

  2. dressing 2 tbsps Ranch light salad
  3. 4 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
  4. 1 carrot small , finely chopped
  5. 1/3 cup broccoli small florets , finely chopped
