Step:
Saute the onions in some olive oil until they are translucent. This should take about 4-5mins. Next add the mashed garlic, chilli flakes, cumin and stir-fry for about a minute
Add the chopped silverbeet, some salt and stir to combine all the ingredients in the pan
Cover with a lid and allow the leaves to wilt. This shouldn't take too long! Once it has wilted, add the can of chickpeas
When the silverbeet is cooking, you can fry the paneer/tofu/bread in some olive oil till it has crisped up. Once the chickpeas has warmed through in the pan, add the paneer or tofu or fried brown/flat bread. Sprinkle the paprika, add the lemon juice and mix well to combine
