Step:

  1. In a fry pan, add some mustard seeds and cumin seeds to some heated oil

  2. When the mustard seeds start popping add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic and the green chilli and sauté

  3. Once the onions are transparent, add the shredded cabbage and brussels sprouts

  4. Add some salt, toss gently, and let it cook on low fire

  5. You don't really have to meddle much with this, because the veggies cook pretty fast

  6. Serve hot as a side dish

  1. Cabbage - shredded
  2. half Brussels Sprouts - each sprout cut into
  3. 1 Onion large - chopped
  4. a few cloves Garlic - minced
  5. Ginger - a piece grated
  6. 1 Green Chilli - slit lengthwise
  7. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds -
  8. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds -
  9. Olive Oil
  10. to taste Salt
