Step:
Preheat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a wok, skillet or large saute pan to high, and saute the onion, celery and carrot for a minute or 2 or just until the onions start to turn translucent.
Add in the garlic, give everything a good toss, and let the garlic cook for 10 to 20 seconds.
Add in another Tablespoon of oil, the noodles, and the oyster sauce, in that order, and give everything a good and thorough toss to ensure all the noodles and veg are evenly and thoroughly seasoned. That's it!
Enjoy. :)
Ingredients
8 ounces spaghetti, boiled just past al dente in salted water
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 a medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips vertically
2 large stems celery, cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces
1 large carrot, cut into 1/8-inch thick pieces (I like to slice them on the bias.)
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
1 Tablespoon minced garlic (about 2 large cloves)
