Step:

  1. Put bacon grease in pot, saute onions in bacon grease. Then add butter. Melt the butter. Add the cabbage then add the bacon after the cabbage has cooked some. Cook til fork tender.

  2. 1 1/2 c. bacon grease
  3. chopped bacon
  4. chopped yellow onion
  5. 5 sticks butter
  6. 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
