Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. In a bowl whisk together egg and milk

  3. In a shallow dish add breadcrumbs and seasonings

  4. Grease a baking sheet

  5. Dip each piece of chicken into egg mixture then breadcrumbs, get a good coating of the breadcrumbs on there

  6. Bake for 15 min

  7. Pull out of oven, top with cheese and put back in oven for 5 min.

  8. So easy!

  1. 4 chicken tenderloins
  2. 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/4 cup milk
  5. 1 tsp each pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, salt
  6. 2 deli slices muenster cheese, cut in half
