Step:

  1. Peel off Irish potato skin and wash.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 200 degree for 5 minutes

  3. Slice the potatoes into 2 and sprinkle salt on it. (sprinkle blended pepper optional)

  4. Slice pork in big chunk; mark small open with knife and marinate with spice of your choice, salt and pepper.

  5. Put both the Irish potatoes and pork into the oven remove Irish potatoes from oven after 15 minutes; make sure it’s properly cooked by sticking your fork in the middle.

  6. Allow pork total of 30 minutes and turn the heat off

  7. Pepper sauce/dip: heat vegetable oil in a pan

  8. Add little salt, onions and pepper paste;

  9. Stir fry continuously, add spices of your choice.

  10. Taste to confirm ready

  11. Enjoy your roasted Irish potatoes, pork roast and pepper sauce

  3. 1 cksp Blended fresh Pepper
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 cksp Onions blended
  6. 1 cube Bouillon
  7. 1/2 cksp Vegetable oil
