Step:

  1. Heat the chili

  2. Boil the hotdogs

  3. To make Greek Yogurt mayonnaise, add equal parts of a good Greek yogurt and a good Mayonnaise together and mix.

  4. Toast the hotdog buns in a dry pan

  5. Move to a plate and repeat till done

  6. Add a teaspoon to of yogurt mayonnaise to each bun

  7. Add a hotdog and top off with Green Chili

  3. 16 hotdog buns
  4. 1/3 cup Greek yogurt mayonnaise
