Step:

  1. Clean the shrimp open the back with scissors and devein the shrimp.

  2. Marinate shrimp in the soya sauce, oil,lemon juice and spices.

  3. Add lemon slice, red pepper and put in the oven for 200 degree until it colour change to red

Ingredients

  1. 2 table spoon soya sauce
  2. 500 gm large shrimp
  3. 3 gloves of garlic or garlic powder
  4. pinch Italian spices
  5. pinch coriander powder
  6. pinch Cumin powder
  7. 2 table spoon lemon juice
  8. 2 table spoon olive oil
  9. 3 dried red pepper
  10. 2 stick cinnamon
  11. pinch crashsed black pepper
  12. As you like green onion
  13. slice add some lemon
