Ingredients

  1. 1 large sourdough round
  2. 1 medium onion chopped
  3. 2 celery stalks chopped
  4. 1 Cup dried cranberries (craisins)
  5. 1 pound pork sausage
  6. 1/4 Cup butter melted
  7. 2 Cups turkey or chicken broth
  8. If you like nuts, add 1 Cup chopped pecans OR walnuts
