  1. Mix milk sugar and vanilla together

  2. Add in the crushed dry ic

  3. Mix until it stops bubbling, if too liquidy add more dry ice

  4. Make sure the dry ice is crushed and protect urself when u crush it to not burn yourself. Enjoy! Delicious!
