Step:

  1. Thinly slice Pork Steak. Cut Daikon in half or quarter lengthways and slice thinly.

  2. Heat Sesame Oil in a frypan over medium heat, cook Pork with a pinch of Salt. When Pork changed colour, add Kimchi and Takuan and cook until well combined.

  3. Add rice and cook stirring and season with Soy Sauce. Do not add too much Soy Sauce because Kimchi and Takuan are already salty.

  4. Sprinkle some finely chopped Spring Onion and Toasted Sesame Seeds.


Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlful of Cooked Rice
  2. 1 Pork Steak (about 100g)
  3. 1-2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  4. Salt
  5. 2 tablespoonfuls of Kimchi *OR as much as you want
  6. 3-4 cm Takuan (Japanese Pickled Daikon Radish) *OR as much as you want
  7. 1-2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  8. Spring Onion *finely chopped
  9. Toasted Sesame Seeds
