Step:

  1. Sauté mushroom, zucchini, broccoli in a kadai

  2. Boil sweet corns & gather all veggies in bowl & add dressing(first make it in a bowl)

  3. Mix all veggies in a bowl & cover with foil & keep in fridge & serve it cool

  1. 1/4 cup zucchini cubes
  2. 1/4 cup mushroom cubes
  3. 1/4 cup broccoli
  4. 1/3 cup bell pepper cubes(green, red, yellow)
  5. 1 onion cubes
  6. 1/2 cup sweet corns
  7. 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  8. 1/4 cup coriander chopped
  9. 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
  10. Dressing sauce
  11. 3 tbsp malai
  12. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  13. 1 tbsp olive oil
  14. 1 tsp garlic chopped
  15. 1 tbsp herbs
  16. 1 tsp black pepper
  17. to taste Salt
  18. 1 tsp mayonnaise optional
