Step:

  1. Dissolve Gelatin in hot water

  2. Whisk in salt and sugar

  3. Whisk in whipping cream and mango puree

  4. Heat in a saucepan on medium. Turn off stove before it boils

  5. Chill overnight/4 hrs

  3. 1/2 Cup/125ml Hot Water
  4. 1 cup/250 ml Whipping Cream
  5. 1 tbsp Gelatin Powder
  6. Sugar
