Step:
First of all, cream both Sugar and Butter until fluffy and soft. You can use an hand held Electric beater for this. Do it on a medium speed. This takes a good 8-10 minutes.
Now add Wheat Flour and Tutti Frutti to this fluffy mix. Mix all that really well. Do not knead it. Just mix. That's it.
After this step, it's a crumbly mixture. To gather all of it together, we need to add in some Milk. Do not add all at once. Add a tablespoon at a time. Bring it together like a mass without kneading. Make two equal logs out of it. Wrap them tightly in a cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat your oven on 180 for about 15 minutes prior to baking. Cut each log into one inch thick slices and spread them on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake for about 20 minutes or even less just until light brown and done.
Do not bake for a long time. They tend to become hard. Enjoy these lovely Cookies or Biscuits after they come down to the room temperature. Store them in airtight containers and relish for more than a month.
