Chocolate truffle

Bring condensed milk to low heat and wait until bubble forms on surface

Sift and mix cocoa powder into the milk (by dividing it in 3 times to ensure proper mix)

Place it in a container with parchment paper and refrigerate for more than 2 hours

Cut and dust cocoa powder on surface / cover every bits
